Position: Clinical Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and analytical Clinical Data Analyst to join our team. If you're passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making in clinical trials and healthcare innovation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Analyze and interpret clinical trial data using R programming and other statistical tools.
• 🛠️ Develop automation tools, dynamic dashboards, and standardized reporting systems.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, project managers, and regulatory affairs, to support data-driven decisions.
• 📝 Document methodologies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 📈 Strong knowledge of R programming, clinical databases, and statistical analysis.
• 🧠 Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical data management standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM).
• 💬 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
