Position Overview: Medical Writer I – Clinical Trial
Disclosure Specialist
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Medical
Writer I to support our Clinical Trial Transparency and Disclosure (CTT)
team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in regulatory writing
and clinical trial disclosures.
This is a remote opportunity based in India,
offering flexibility, global exposure, and the chance to work on high-impact
clinical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- 📄
Draft and review Clinical Trial Disclosure (CTD) documents for a
wide range of clinical studies.
- ✅
Perform quality control (QC) reviews of regulatory documents to
ensure consistency and compliance with global standards.
- 🌐
Support trial result postings on global registries including:
- ClinicalTrials.gov
- US
FDA platforms
- EU
Clinical Trials Register (EU CTR)
- 📋
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory
affairs, clinical operations, and data management.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- ✔️
1–2 years of experience in medical writing, particularly in:
- Clinical
Trial Disclosure (CTT/CTD)
- Regulatory
Medical Writing
- Pharmacovigilance
(e.g., safety narrative writing)
- 🧠
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, EMA, and FDA guidelines.
- ✍️
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- 💻
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- 🔍
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
